Our Story
Plants by the Pool took root in the summer of 2020, while spending lots of family time outside caring for our plants and swimming in the pool, in the backyard of Mark and Marlene Wiggins. We learned A LOT about plants along the way and experienced some growing pains. We developed our abilities to nurture and care for the seeds that we’ve sown into our plants. A few plants to support our “hobby”, but that quickly evolved into building a small greenhouse by the pool, and Plants By The Pool was born.
Our business began based on our LOVE for a variety of plants, but we found that it is often difficult to find tropical plants at an affordable price. With this in mind, it became our goal to offer you unique, fun, and healthy plants, at a fair price, so that we can help grow your love for plants in the same way that ours has grown…one plant at a time.
We continue to nurture and care for the seeds that we’ve sown into our plants and our business, and look forward to our future plans as we, like our seeds, mature, adapt, and thrive.
